You do so much for your family. Raíces del Canal offers a small-group after-school program where children receive care, help with schoolwork, and opportunities to create and learn together—all at no cost to participating families.

There is more than one way to learn. Here, a question about homework can lead to a conversation, a piece of fabric can become a pillow, and a garden can become a place to discover what you can contribute.

You can bring patience, a creative skill, a love of gardening, or a willingness to help. Raíces del Canal welcomes volunteers from across the community, including students at Marin’s local high schools, college students, and adults.
